Openwhisk to run python action

I have deployed lean Openwhisk on different machine (nginx on machine 1 /couchDB on machin2 and controller +invoker on 3 machine)

I have create two actions (action1 and action2)

I want to invoke action action2 from inside action the calculate the delay
