Extract US Multi-Location Restaurant Brands from OpenTable

I need a data researcher to extract restaurant brands from OpenTable (opentable.com) that meet the following criteria:

Requirements

US-based restaurant brands only

Brands must operate between 15 and 50 total locations (company-wide, not just OpenTable listings)

At least one location must be listed on OpenTable

Must be an actual restaurant operator (no tech companies, media, associations, suppliers, or consultants)

Deliverable

A clean CSV file with the following columns:

Brand Name

Official Website URL

Total Number of Locations (verified from website)

Source URL confirming location count

OpenTable URL (at least one listing link)

Notes (if clarification needed)

No duplicates. No single-site independents. No chains over 50 locations.

Method

You may use:

OpenTable search by city/state

Web scraping (Python allowed)

Grouping/normalising brand names

Official website location pages for verification

Accuracy is more important than speed.
