OpenEdx Enable LTI and configuration

I'm seeking a developer experienced in OpenEdX and Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) for a my project. I already have keys and secret but i don't know how to add these key and secret to openEdx. The goal is to integrate the external tool, BigBlueButton, via this LTI integration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enable LTI on OpenEdx and configure external tool.
- have good expertise in OpenEdx administrator

Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in OpenEdx and cross-version compatibility.
- In-depth understanding of LTI integration with OpenEdx.
- Previous work with educational technology platforms would be advantageous.
