I need a skilled developer to create an OpenAI based question-and-answer application. AI am interested in a few key capabilities:
- Natural language processing
- Contextual understanding
- Entity extraction
The application front end should be in React and backend and core logic in Python.
Data should be stored in snowflake.
The task is to upload files (pdf and word documents).
Perform document storage, document processing, OCR if embedded image in document,
chunking, create a vectorstore database.
Next the user should be able to ask questions related to the document.
Store the results in the database.
User should have the ability to give a thumbs up or down to the results.
The project needs to be completed in 3 weeks or sooner, if it goes well then we can collaborate further.
