Open source hackergpt alternative cybergpt

I'm in need of an experienced developer/hacker work on open source project HackerGPT.
The new tool should extend with the ProjectDiscoveri tools for security analysis and other custom tooling functionalities for OSINT/recon/vulnerability scanning.

A free (but logged in) user should be able to use all the tools withitn a certain limit of x runs.
A paid user should have a much higher limit or non depending on what tool they are running.
The limit on Open AI queries should depend on the cost of using the API.

Hacker/security experts send me a dm directly instead of bidding.
There are too many auto commenting bots in proposals.

Requirements:
- Expertise in Python development, AI, and natural language processing.
- Proven ability in working AI systems, preferably with code generation or translation features.
- Familiarity with software development tools and scanners, particularly ProjectDiscoveri.
