Open Source Python Programmer Needed to find Citations from NAS members
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a skilled Python programmer to develop a new open-source software application focused on data analysis. Specifics:
Please write open source software and have it hosted for free use that does the following:
1. Scrapes the names of all current National Academy of Sciences Members here https://www.nasonline.org/member-directory/
2. Obtain a list of each of their publications here: https://scholar.google.com/
3. Allows a user to input their list of publications using a Google Scholar Link
4. Create a list of all of user's papers from that link
5. Create a list of all the papers that reference a user's papers using Google Scholar
6. Find matches to where the articles from 2 that match the list from 5
7. Output the matches grouped by name of National Academy of Science Members- show paper titles that are cited and by what papers from the NAS member

Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing open-source software using Python
- Strong understanding of data analysis and relevant Python libraries
- Capability to develop a software application from scratch
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with me to define the scope and specifications of the software (see above)
- Developing the software application using Python
- Testing and refining the software before final deployment
- Providing documentation and support for the software
- Finding a place it can be hosted for free
