Online Competitive Gaming Platform Development

I am looking for an experienced web developer to create a gaming platform with the following features:

✅ User login & registration (with email verification)
✅ Match creation & voting (players decide if the match counts)
✅ Real-time chat (WebSockets for lobby communication)
✅ IP display for host after match fills up
✅ Point system:
• 1v1: Winner +10 points, Loser -5 points
• 2v2: Winner +15 points, Loser -7 points
• 3v3 - 6v6: Winner +20 points, Loser -10 points
• No-ranking matches do not give points
✅ Admin functions:
• Ban players
• Adjust points
• Delete matches
✅ Redim VPN integration
