Online Community Moderator Needed
Budget: $4 – $6 USD
Seeking dedicated moderators for an expanding online community across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing forums, Discord servers, and Telegram groups, as well as engaging with audiences on Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and a blog. This posting is searching for 1 to 2 members to join my team and provide approximately 3 to 5 hours of varying tasks 3 or more days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate discussions in the forum, Discord and Telegram
- Engage with community members on social media platforms
- Maintain a positive and respectful community atmosphere
- Report on community feedback and trends
- Curate content with other equal or larger communities
- Handle inbound B2B leads and screen them for security and legitimacy
- Support a range of customer questions most of which is already handled through automated interactions
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with community moderation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of social media dynamics
- Ability to handle conflicts and maintain peace
Preference if you have software development skills and can create solutions that automate the workloads of static tasks.
