Office365 Email Integration in Odoo 16.0

I'm on the hunt for an Odoo expert who can facilitate the process of authenticating and setting up an integration with Office 365. The end goal is to enable my Odoo 16.0 system to send emails using my already set up Office 365 account. However, it's vital to note that I do not have administrator access to this account.
We initially used the standard Odoo mailserver which sends mail with alias however the emails carry a high junk mail score.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in integrating Office 365 with Odoo, specifically version 16.0.
- Should possess strong problem-solving capabilities as working without Office 365 admin access may present its challenges.
- Highly skilled in email configuration in Odoo would be a great advantage.
- Proficiency in Python is a plus, as Odoo is developed primarily on this language.
- Familiarity with Office 365 email policies and authentication methods is preferred.
- Proven records of handling similar projects successfully would count in the applicant's favor.
