Odoo raw image upload for portal user

I need a new Odoo 14 community module to allow portal and internal users to batch upload images from their own laptop to Google cloud storage.
This must record all meta data from each image in a class model against the portal user. It must also record any upload failure.
Each batch upload must have data added, such as title and description.
