Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of Odoo version 16
- Proven experience with Odoo helpdesk and email integration
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to customize and configure Odoo to meet specific business requirements
Tasks:
- Configure Odoo to integrate with my email system
- Ensure that all emails are automatically imported into the helpdesk
- Set up email notifications for new tickets
- Provide training to helpdesk staff on how to use the new email integration features
