Odoo custom developments

Hello!!
We are working in the migration from our current crm (Bitrix24) to the following:
Odoo V15.
Hosted in Odoo.sh
Enterprise edition.
The project has several phases and is planned to take place within 3 to 4 years.
Phase 1 is the launch of the CRM basic functionalities, and at this time we have defined about 70% of the requirements.
Phase 2 and 3 is the enhancement of the crm and deployment of more advanced features.
Phase 4 and + is the deployment of the ERP.
In order to start phase 4, we must achieve sales growth and results from phase 1 to 3.
For phase 1 we will migrate the basic data from Bitrix (contacts, leads and opportunities without any status) and work in some processes and templates customizations. At this time we hace identified the three most important requirements which we consider are essential for the migration.
We are looking for one or several suppliers who can give us the support to do such developments on a per requirement basis.
Our intention is to achieve the migration within one month or two, and then continue customizing the system.
Attached are the initial requirements for the project. Please feel free to check and ask any question.
What we need from the suppliers at this time is budgetary proposals for EACH requirement, because we may split the requirement between different suppliers.
At this time we have not defined a specific budget, thats why we are asking for busgetary proposals. The project will be assigned to the best value for the money proposals and if the price exceedes our current cash allocation, we will have to slow it down until we allocate enough cash to pay each requirement. I this case, we will prioritize each requirement, otherwise we will work all the requirements in parallel.
