Odoo 17 CE Website New Header Type

For my Odoo 17 CE website, which currently utilizes a Classic header, I am looking for an expert who can design and integrate a new header type for me.
This header is very similar to the default Menu Sales 3 title in Odoo. The same customization features will be available.
