Odoo 13 to 18 Upgrade Expert Needed

I'm seeking a professional with extensive Odoo experience to assist in upgrading my current Odoo 13 system to Odoo 18. Most of custom modules on 13 was upgrades to the v18 but we still have some more modules to upgrade . The upgrade will involve fixing some CSS issues and completing the upgrade of custom modules.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Odoo with a strong understanding of its modules
- Proven experience with upgrading Odoo systems
- Ability to ensure smooth transition across all current modules
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any potential issues during the upgrade process
The specific tasks will involve:
- Completing the upgrade of custom modules, with 90% already done
- Fixing CSS issues primarily affecting the User Interface and Reports
