1. Tool Strokes Monitoring
• Auto Stroke Count:
Implement a real-time monitoring system to automatically count tool strokes.
• Machine Spindle load Monitoring:
Implement an Async REST API to get data from the IOT Device and help in analysis of Tool Life
2. Tool Life Monitoring
• Auto Trigger via IT-Based System (~80% of Tool Life):
Implement an automated alert system to notify stakeholders when tools reach approximately 80% of their life expectancy.
• Tool Assessment & Improvement Plan Monitoring:
Develop a framework for assessing tool performance and implementing improvement plans, with metrics tracked in Odoo.
3. Tool Spare Management
• IT-Based Monitoring:
Set up a system for monitoring tool spare parts inventory in real-time within Odoo.
• Auto Alerts for Ordering of Spares (At Re-Order Level):
Implement an automatic alert system for reordering spare parts when inventory levels fall below a specified threshold.
4. Tool Rework Management
• Manage the Rework of tool as Plant personnel will rework the tool after its life is over and will use it with shorter life span.
• Implement a system to track how Many times a Tool has been reworked and keep tracking and reports for it.
5. Data Management
• All data generated from the monitoring and management systems will be integrated into Odoo via REST APIs ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility for reporting and analysis.
Deliverables
• Fully functional Odoo 16 implementation for tool maintenance and management.
• Comprehensive documentation for system functionality and user training.
• Ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation.
