Odoo Tasks-Doc Sharing Via WhatsApp Automation

We are looking for an experienced Odoo developer to build a complete automation that does the following:
Business Logic:
Each task in a specific project contains attached documents (via the Documents module).
Each task is linked to a customer.
When the task moves to a specific stage (e.g., Done or Upload & Share Document), the system should:
Automatically generate a publicly accessible link to the document(s) attached to the task.
Ensure that this link works without requiring the customer to log in.
Send a WhatsApp message to the customer using a pre-approved WhatsApp template, with the link embedded.
What We Tried (Context for You):
We already use Odoo's Documents module and can manually generate public share links.
We use a WhatsApp integration that supports templates and variables.
We have templates set up and trigger automation when task stage is updated.
The only missing part is to dynamically pull the shared document URL, link it back to the task, and inject it into the WhatsApp template at runtime.
