Odoo Tasks -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am in need of an Odoo expert who can effectively customize a few tasks within one week. This project will encompass the following:
- [ ] 1. Restricted users can add the new product in purchase/sales/quotation/etc… because users add what they want to call, but actually the products/services are the same, it messes up the product list.
- [ ] 2. Add new module “Container Manifest ”, add fields and PDF report (see example I will be sending later), add this module in Project and Freight Management just like “Shipping Order”.
- [ ] 3. Add a new tab “Container Manifest” in Task, fields, related based on customer and project just like we have done for Quotation/invoice/SO/PO…
- [ ] 4. Add Container Manifest button in Shipping Order and bring SO data to Container Manifest, must to match the fields, also add the Container Manifest fields in SO if they are not exist. (Task amended: just create just create the Container Manifest Tab in Task just like for others (SO/PO/Invoice/Quotation), fields in Container Manifest, also add in Task. all new fields should add to 'Sea Freight' tab.)
- [ ] 5. in the Container Manifest report, there are some fixed text, I will be explain it later. The report is more simpler than the invoice report. No calculation, just data from the module. The note on the bottom half of this report will be on every report, so this will create the default text in this field, let’s call it “Note”.
- [ ] 6. Calendar Reminder is not working, even setup the reminder in Calendar, but users have no email received, also the date showing on list is different to date I created, there is time difference for some reason.
- [ ] 7. Add Auto Generated Tracking number field in Project/Task, every a task is created, the tacking number will be generated automatically according to the ‘exhibition code' field then 4 digits after that, e.g. my project ‘Test Test 2023’, it’s Exhibition ID is TT2023, so the tracking number field will be automatically generated TT20230001 for the first Task, so the second Task will be TT20230003, etc…. *I have already added the Exhibition ID field in Project, you can see it in Project/Settings, field name is x_Exhibition_ID” Task amended: put TL (our company name's initial) + current year (4 digits) + 4 random digits.
- [ ] 8. Add a selection field called ‘Tracking Status' in Task, users can select the status from the dropdown list, e.g. scheduled, picked up, transiting, delivered, etc… (will be added other status later.)
- [ ] 9. investigate why the emails keep sending to the users (we realised that in expenses, after expenses submitted to the manager and is approved, the email still keeps sending the email to the manager and the user.
- [ ] 10. Add a field 'code / exhibition_id' in task, auto show when select project (exhibition), *I have already added the Exhibition ID field in Project, you can see it in Project/Settings, field name is x_Exhibition_ID”.
- [ ] 11. In custom module National Skills Competition, in Pick-up Location & Delivery Location fields, when select, change to display the company Chinese name rather than the English.
- [ ] 12. In custom module National Skills Competition, Tracking Number field, make it automatically generate (format is SW + current year (2 digits) + random 4 digits.
- [ ] 13. In custom module National Skills Competition, Job Category field (x_JobCategory), now is a selection field, I would like to change it to get the data from another model 'x_national_skills_competition', fields are "x_JobCategoryCode" & "x_JobCategory"
- [ ] 14. Change the quotation/invoice/PO report preview to the one we created, not the default one. On the right and also when click the preview button.
