Odoo Sales Hierarchy Setup

I'm looking for an Odoo ERP expert to implement a hierarchy management system specific to my company's sales team.
We need hierarchy management ( Regional Access ) in Odoo 16 Enterprise
Contact : user should be able to see only the contacts of his region only, normally region is district in our case , but in Odoo there is no field like district, and again there is hierarchy Sales person will see the contact of his region, manager can see the contact of 2-3 sales person region , that way
User should be able to see the data of his region only , it can be put like this
Field Officer should be able to see the data of hi city only , District Manager should be able to see data of his district only, State manager should be able to see the data of his state only, and country manager should be able to see the data of his country
Country ->> State ->> District ->> City
We need regionwise access , means a sales person of rajkot district should see the data of rajkot only , regional sales manager can see the data of 3-4 district , state head can see the data of complete state and country head can see the data of country
Region wise access of sales data , Sales head can access data of all states , State Sales Manager can access data of that state , Regional Sales Manager can access the data of that region … that way All Sales person can see Sales of their particular regions only as per hierarch
