*Patient/Visitors walks to the Kiosk/Desktop Touch screen PC and obtain the Token printout
*Doctors/Staff login and see queue, press the button on tablet to call patient/visitor
* TV in waiting area displays Token number, Directs the patient/visitor to approach( Example Token number000987, please proceed to Doctor consulting room1) this is Announced at a voice prompt while the TV screen displays
* Patients/Visitor can submit evaluation on their way out on the evaluation PAD
TV should show Scrolling text messages
* Ability to split screen and also ability to load video for advert etc
* Multiple view points, multiple screen, multiple department
* ability to display attending staff Picture on screen
* Welcome message after token is printed and collected(Welcome, please take your seat or Welcome, we will call your token shortly...)
* Ability to transfer ticket/patient/visitor to another staff
*Mobile app for staff login
