Odoo Online Accounting - email customisation

I'm looking to enhance my service-based business's Odoo online accounting system with precise customizations that streamline my operations and present a professional image to my clients.
NEEDED CUSTOMIZATIONS:
* Remove the "view invoice" link, image, code, etc. from the sending invoice template. (see image)
* Help me to configure sending invoices from our own SMTP server not from Odoo
* Configure reminder emails for overdue invoices
I will have additioanl tasts in the comming weeks and months.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proficient in Odoo's accounting suite.
- Experienced with Python and Odoo development API.
- Background in customizing and automating business processes.
- Prior work in template design within Odoo.
- Understanding of the services industry workflows.
