Odoo 14 on Odoo.sh - Request Customer Reviews within Sales module

Want to be able to request a customer review using a button from within the sales modules.
Customer reviews are managed by Reviews.io and they provide this documentation https://api.reviews.co.uk/documentation/index.html
Would also need to identify which customers had already been contacted for a review, and if possible, recorded as a Tag as well.
