Odoo Module Development for Managing Agricultural Providers and Production Data
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
We are looking for an Odoo developer to build a module for managing agricultural providers and their production data. The system will be used by small farming households and administrators to track production, monitor performance, and generate reports.
Current Situation:
Our current Odoo system manages suppliers, but it lacks the functionality to track production details for each farming household (referred to as "Nông hộ"). The goal is to enable farming households to input their production data into the system via a portal and allow administrators to generate production reports in Excel format.
Scope of Work:
Operational Flow:
Farming Household Portal: Allow farming households to log in to the portal and input their production data, which is then linked to their profile.
Supervisor Portal: Supervisors can log in and input data on behalf of the farming households they manage.
Admin View: Administrators will have access to a dedicated section for generating production reports based on the data input by the farming households.
Development Features:
Menu Structure:
Add a new menu under the management system labeled "Farming Household Management."
Submenus include "Farming Household," "Production Reports," and "Production Information."
Farming Household Menu:
Display a list of suppliers.
Add a checkbox labeled "Farming Household" to differentiate them from other suppliers (checked by default when created through this menu).
Add fields for:
Supervisor: Link this field to internal users.
Farm Code: New field for tracking unique codes per household.
Land Area: Numeric field with unit options.
Income: Numeric field.
Household Size: Numeric field.
Main Supplier & Main Consumer: Link to other suppliers.
Production Details: Includes columns for date, product type (pigs, cows, chickens, fish, rice, vegetables), quantity, price, start date, harvest date, and breed.
Production Information Menu:
Includes search and filtering options by name, phone number, and address.
Automatically loads information based on the farming household’s profile.
Display production details with columns for date, product, quantity, price, etc.
Production Reports Menu:
Allows report generation with filters for date range, region, and types of products.
Displays total quantities and average prices for various products (e.g., pigs, cows, chickens).
Portal for Farming Households:
Add a menu labeled "Production Information" in the top navigation bar for users tagged as "Farming Household" in their profiles.
Provide a form for entering production data directly into the system.
Other Requirements:
Data filters for farming households based on their supervisor.
Grouping and sorting options for production data (List, Kanban, Calendar, Pivot views).
Reports exportable in Excel format with total quantity and average price calculations.
