Odoo Module

We need to develop a odoo module to management the "cheques" received from our customers. We need to transfer the cheques to another bank account, use then to partner payments. As business rule we need a register wich has many "status" from a cheque, and after a status change, the odoo will auto generate a receive order. As example: The customer's cheque returned as fundless, automaticaly the odoo will create a receive order with that customer as a "orderer". And other adjustes wich will be analysed. ODOO V. 14
