Odoo Marketplace -- Selling Tickets

Hi there!
I need someone to develop a Marketplace in Odoo from scratch for the sale of tickets for events.
I would need sellers to be able to have a page from which they can manage their events, the number of tickets they can sell, the different types of tickets for each event.
Buyers need to be able to filter by country, city, type of event. Additionally, I would like if a buyer enters the website, it somehow detects which city they are in and automatically shows them events in their city.
On the other hand, I also need an affiliate campaign to work. That is, there are people who will have links, and if a buyer makes a purchase through that link, that affiliate will earn a commission. Therefore, affiliates have to have another view to see the links and their generated balance.
On the other hand, something very important is that I need that if a person has bought a ticket, they have the possibility of reselling it. That is, I buy a ticket for €15 and now I have the opportunity to resell it at the price that the buyer decides. If that purchase is closed for example at €25 because the tickets have been sold out, the user will receive the €25 of the ticket.
I need it to be developed in Odoo.
