Odoo 17 Invoicing by LOT Numbers

I'm in need of an expert familiar with Odoo 17 Enterprise custom edition and Odoo Studio. The goal of this project is to customize the invoicing process to manage products by specific LOT numbers. Specifically, the aim is to:
- Modify the existing invoicing process to factor in LOT numbers for better inventory management. This should enable accurate tracking and management of inventory directly from invoices.
- Customize Odoo Studio for this specific task ensuring smoother and reliable work process with no downtime due to compatibility issues or bugs.
This task requires an individual with strong understanding of Odoo and its invoicing process, with a well-rounded experience in working with LOT numbers and inventory management. Knowledge and expertise with Odoo Studio is also crucial. Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of work is essential.
The business case that we have is we sell products that have expiry on consignment; So we use tracking by LOT number to assure that we can manage the inventory even after deliver the products to the partner as that stock is still under our responsibility. To be able to do that we need the possibility to invoice the products that have been used which reflect specific LOT numbers from the delivered products.
