Odoo 13 Inventory Customization

I'm in need of a seasoned Odoo developer to enhance my inventory features in Odoo 13.
Requirements:
- Implement a two-step inventory transfer process where the first step is the actual transfer and the second step is the confirmation of the said transfer by the receiver before accepting the transfer.
- Customize user rights to restrict certain actions within the inventory module. Specifically, the system should be set up such that inventory transfers can only originate from the assigned branch, and manufacturing can only be done from the assigned branch.
- Delete archived inventory forecasts that are no longer relevant.
