Odoo 16 CE Import Translation not working

Dear, I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can help me with my Odoo 16 CE Import Translation issue. I am trying to import translations for multiple languages (fr_FR, de_DE, it_IT), using the default Odoo module. I have checked that the translation files are in the correct format and encoding (tried with PO file and CSV file). However, the import is not working and I need someone with experience in Odoo 16 CE to help me troubleshoot this issue.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Odoo 16 CE
- Experience with solving importing translations issues
- Familiarity with default Odoo modules
- Knowledge of translation file formats and encodings.

It seems I need to update my Odoo installation in order to fix it.

I tried to update using following command but the issue is still there:
cd /opt/odoo16/odoo16/
git fetch origin 16.0
git rebase --autostash

I do not want to loose or overwrite existing DB data.

Need to find someone who is aware of the problem and can solve it.

As an example please see attached files "it (translated).po" and "it (original).po" , I have translated only one sentence: "Get notified when back in stock" into "Avvisami quando torna disponibile"

When I upload translated file the translation is not updated.
