Odoo Hotel PMS Developer & Designer

I am looking for an experienced Odoo developer and designer specializing in hotel management systems. The project involves redesigning key components of our current system to enhance functionality and usability.
Key Tasks:
- Redesigning the Reservation Calendar: Specific functionalities for the reservation calendar will be discussed, but the ideal candidate should be able to suggest improvements based on best practices in the industry.
- Redesigning Room Status: The new design should incorporate visual indicators for room status and allow for real-time updates.
- Creating Hotel KPIs and Report Metrics: I need a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) that will help us assess our hotel's performance. These will include metrics such as Occupancy Rate, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), Length of Stay (LOS), and Cancellation Rate.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience with Odoo, particularly in the hotel management system sector.
- Strong design skills, with an ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience in developing and implementing KPIs and report metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to understand and translate requirements into functional system designs.
