Odoo Helpdesk costumization

I'm looking for an experienced Odoo developer to help with customizing the Odoo Helpdesk. I need a new module developed, but I don't need any hosting services. I have an existing Odoo account and need the partner to use the credentials provided. The new module developed needs to be added to the current account.
