Odoo 17: Fix Credit Note Sequencing & Creation Issue

I'm encountering two significant issues with Odoo 17 in the Accounting module, specifically concerning credit notes.
1. **Credit Note Sequencing**: The credit notes are not being numbered sequentially. I need this to be fixed so all credit notes are numbered in a sequential manner.
2. **Creating New Credit Notes**: There's an issue with creating new credit notes. When attempting to create a new credit note it simply does not save. This needs to be rectified as well.
