Odoo Expert Needed for Inventory, Sales, and Workflow Automation for Retail and Wholesale Business

We are Nutty Delights, a retail and wholesale business specializing in nuts and dried fruits, operating a central warehouse, two retail stores, and both e-commerce and wholesale channels. We are looking for an experienced Odoo expert to help us implement and configure Odoo to streamline our business operations.
Project Overview:
We are seeking an Odoo consultant who can:
Set up and configure Odoo’s inventory management to handle the receipt of bulk products (e.g., raw cashews in 22.68 kg boxes) and their repackaging into smaller units (e.g., 120g, 70g, 1kg, etc.).
Establish an order processing workflow using Odoo’s Kanban board for tracking sales orders from initial entry to fulfillment.
Automate the generation of packing lists, delivery notes, and invoices to reduce manual work.
Implement internal stock transfers between our warehouse and retail stores, with real-time inventory updates.
Provide real-time reporting dashboards for sales, warehouse, and accounts teams to track operations, inventory levels, and order statuses.
Key Deliverables:
Inventory Management:
Multi-location inventory tracking (warehouse and two retail stores).
Repackaging of bulk products into various sizes for different sales channels (wholesale, retail, and e-commerce).
Real-time stock updates across all channels.
Sales Order Processing:
Setup of Kanban-style workflow for sales, warehouse, and accounts teams to track the status of each order.
Automated creation of packing lists, delivery notes, and invoices.
Internal Stock Transfers:
Automated stock transfers between the warehouse and retail locations, with accurate real-time inventory tracking.
Dashboards and Reporting:
Custom dashboards for real-time reporting on sales, inventory, and invoicing.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Odoo implementation and customization.
