Odoo 15 Email Configuration Fix for each user using his each email not one email for all

I have 6 users on odoo on premise , for example one is User01,whose mail account is user01 @abc.com; the other is User02, whose mail account is user02 @abc.com.

And I have created 6 records in <configure outgoing="" email="" server="">. All the settings are correct and testing OK.

However, no matter I send mails using account User01 or User02, the sender is the same.(user01 @abc.com)

I just want to do this, when user01 sends mails, the sender is user01 @abc.com; when user02 sends mails, the sender is user02 @abc.com;

For receiving mail, I also want to each user receive his own mail seperately.
