Odoo ERP Customization Expert

Customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting) according to business workflows.

Design and implement advanced, real-time reports and dashboards.

Improve the UI/UX of Odoo forms, views, and menus for better navigation and user adoption.

Manage data migration from legacy systems using reliable third-party tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Conduct testing and provide documentation and user support.


Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization.

Strong understanding of the Odoo ORM, Python, and PostgreSQL.

Experience with XML/QWeb templating and building custom Odoo reports.

Familiarity with third-party data migration tools (e.g., Talend, Odoo Studio, or custom scripts).

UI/UX enhancement experience within the Odoo ecosystem.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.


Nice to Have:

Prior experience with multi-company or multi-currency environments.

Knowledge of Odoo.sh or Docker for Odoo deployment.

Understanding of accounting workflows and tax setups in Odoo.
