Odoo Data Migration from Odoo 8 to Odoo 16 Enterprise

Hello i would like experienced Odoo developer to do the migration of data from old odoo 8 system. We will not upgrade the modules but recreate any customized functions needed using the Odoo studio. We want to be able to display all the old data we dont care about upgrading modules.
