I'm in need of a seasoned Python developer with deep knowledge of the Odoo platform. The focus of this project is on extensive module customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customizing various Odoo modules including HR, planning, resource, CRM, inventory, Doc Sign, and Xero integration.
- Implementing Python scripting and automation to enhance the platform's functionality.
- Conducting thorough quality assurance testing to ensure the reliability and performance of customized modules.
- Optimizing the performance of Odoo modules and scripts for faster and more efficient operation.
- Providing training sessions to end-users on the customized Odoo modules.
- Managing the migration of data from legacy systems into customized Odoo modules.
- Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for users of the customized modules.
- Gathering user requirements for new feature enhancements and implementing them in the Odoo modules.
- Facilitating the integration of Odoo with other third-party tools and systems as required.
- Ensuring that all customizations adhere to security policies and compliance standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience with Odoo module customization.
- Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
- Previous work with Odoo's HR, planning, resource, CRM, inventory, Doc Sign, and Xero modules is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
