Odoo 18 - Custom Workflow Development

I'm looking for a skilled Odoo developer to customize the Odoo 18 Community. The primary focus is on creating specific custom workflows for Lead/Opportunities automation:
- Need to install SSL certificate for the Odoo sub-domain
- Fix “502 Bad Gateway”. Got this error after servers restart. Make instruction how to fix it (restart server/services)
- Set-up email accounts for Odoo messaging (emails). One email account (for example leads@) should create new Leads on receiving emails. Another, if needed, (for example crm@) could be used for other Odoo messaging (also, if new email comes (not reply to existing communication) to this crm@ – Odoo should create new Lead too.
- Review Lead creation and assignment email templates.
- Optionally. In Leads/Opportunities communication, implement Send message button which would include previous communication text, not only newly written text.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Odoo 18 Community
- Proficiency in CRM module customization
- Strong understanding of lead automation processes
- Prior experience in developing custom workflows in Odoo
