Odoo Community with Customization

we have odoo Community system version 14 installed on dightalOcean site and we want to make some customization
1. Configure email settings for notifications. so, once I create a user for the employee then the system read from email work to configure ongoing and outgoing emails.
2. Accounting module
* Analytic Account Groups page add
** Debit, credit, balance columns
** Graph view
3. Project module:
* add start date (calendar box) for task template
* add duration (drop-down list with increase and decrease) for task template
