Odoo CRM open source code installation in own server, with whatsapp

I am looking for a freelancer who can install the open source code of Odoo CRM on my own server. The primary purpose of the CRM is marketing automation. I need the installation to include Whatsapp integration. I am open to suggestions for customizations, but do not have any specific ones in mind. The version of Odoo CRM to be used is up to the discretion of the freelancer.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
