Odoo CRM Python Developer Migrate from Salesforce -- 2

We are looking for an experienced developer skilled in CRM platforms such as SugarCRM, EspoCRM, Vtiger, Odoo, or any other you deem suitable for our requirements. Our goal is to transition from Salesforce/Pardot to a more cost-effective open source alternative without sacrificing operational efficiency.
Apart from the CRM migration, the developer will be expected to integrate a dialer and calendar scheduling functionality into the CRM system. We also need assistance with frontend development for our landing pages and websites.
Key responsibilities include:
CRM Migration: Safely and efficiently transfer all our data and business processes from Salesforce/Pardot to the chosen open source CRM. The developer should ensure minimal downtime during this process and must validate the integrity of migrated data. Knowledge of data security, backup, and recovery is essential.
Dialer and Calendar Integration: As part of the CRM customization, the new system must include dialer and calendar scheduling functionalities. This will require the ability to create, manage, and track phone calls within the CRM, and a robust calendar system for managing appointments and reminders.
CRM Customization: Configure workflows, reports, and dashboards based on our business requirements, and integrate the CRM with other business systems.
Frontend Development: Create and optimize our landing pages and websites, demonstrating strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Experience with WordPress.
Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support to maintain the CRM system, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates or upgrades as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
