I'm seeking a professional with extensive Odoo CRM experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Automate sales workflows to improve efficiency
- Enhance Customer Relationship Management capabilities
- Develop comprehensive Sales Reporting and Analytics

Please note, integration with other platforms is not required for this project. Minor customizations to existing Odoo CRM modules will be needed, so experience with Odoo customization is a plus.

Ideal candidates should:
- Have proven experience with Odoo CRM
- Be skilled in sales workflow automation
- Capable of developing sales reports and analytics
- Have a good understanding of customer relationship management
- Be able to perform minor customizations to the CRM
