I am seeking an Odoo expert to customize and enhance our existing CRM ERP system. Here's a brief overview of the project:

- Specific Modules: The ideal candidate should be proficient in Sales, Inventory, and Accounting modules of Odoo. Experience in customizing and optimizing these modules for medium-sized companies is desirable.

- Customization & Additional Functionalities: I am looking for someone who can add Reporting and Analytics features, integrate a Customer Support Ticketing system, and ensure smooth integration with our existing software systems.

- Company Size: Our organization falls under the Medium category, with 50-250 employees. The freelancer should have experience working with similar-sized companies and be able to scale the system accordingly.
