Odoo V10E Access Rights Management

We have Odoo V10 Entreprise.
We need a development of access Rights Management screens.
We should be able to select for each user, group, role, and for each module the ability to modify, delete, create documents...
Existing Access rights should be cleaned and detailed.
We have custom and standard modules.
We need something similar to what is done in Odoo V15 while staying in V10.

We should avoid any database issues / conflicts while creating access rights rules.
Freelancer should demonstrate previous experience in setting access rights.
