Odoo-API Sync of Products, Orders, Customers

We need an Odoo API expert to connect odoo with another system. It should been included the sync between following things:
- Products: Specifically, stock
- Orders: Including order number, customer details, product details and order status
When the Order is generated in Odoo, it should been transfered to the other system. When the other system has delivered the order, the tracking information should been transfered back to Odoo.
The products gets created in Odoo by Hand and only the stock should been synced from the other system to Odoo.
