Oct rec on NVIDIA jetson

Python code with flask app and html already written. OCR depends on easyocr. Having issues deploying it to the hardware NVIDIA Jetson developer kit v3, even through docker. Need someone to help deploy software to hardware with python OCR and python flask app running simultaneously. Potential for more work with integration to hardware IP settings and further development of html and python
