Object Recognition Software Development

I'm in need of an experienced software developer who can create object recognition software using OpenCV and Python. This software will be tasked with scanning logos on various items such as mugs and socks, and subsequently matching these with customer information from a .pdf file.
P.S: This app needs to scan the logos using webcam.
