Oanda Forex API EURUSD Price Analyzing Personal Project

I'm looking for a Python developer to help me with a fairly simple personal project. I'm wanting to write some code to get forex Euro/ US dollar price data from the broker Oanda's API, and then analyze that price data a little. So for an example, the code might use the Oanda API to record live prices of the EUR/USD currencies pair, and then divide that price history record into 5 minute periods, and then iterate over the periods to perhaps find if there is correlation between say the price going down in one 5 minute period interval and where the price ends in the next 5 minute interval. This is just a personal project so the simpler the better.
