OPEN Fleet Management System + Optimal Order Dispatch + Traffic Control ROS and/or Python

We are a forklift AGV company looking for a software that integrates with our robots but that can also integrate easily with other vendors robots.
What we would like to have is:
- Tools to help us integrate with end customer WMS to receive orders (desirable)
- Fleet Management Control of our robots and third party robots in the warehouse.
- Traffic control to avoid posible collisions.
- Optimal mission dispatch, that is, sending each AGV the specific order to make everything as fast as possible.
- Optimal path finding from predefined routes. No obstacle avoidance needed, just optimal path finding.
- Monitoring and saving data for metrics (battery status, time to develop a task ...)
- Ability to work with VDA5050 Standard.
We would like all of this to be developed in ROS and/or python.
