Let's me talking about my company business
* we are construction equipment rental company we have cranes excavators etc.
* we have many rental methods : per hour , per day and per month.
* Daily working hours will be 10 hours, Weekly working days will be 6days and Monthly working days will be 26 days. more than those will be offer time
I am trying to explain to you our process for rental to help us if your module need to customised for us or not Let's start..
The client ask us for equipment for example for 1 month (10400) SR directly that's mean 260 hour per month and should be all details shown in the quotation and invoice :
(((- Equipment - Rental Rate - Total Hours - Price per hour - TAX - Total))) in this example will be like
Rental Rate = 10400 SR
Total Hours = 260 HR
Price per hour = 40 SR
For example in daily method per 1 day 600 SR
(((- Equipment - Rental Rate - Total Hours - Price per hour - TAX - Total)))
Rental Rate = 600 SR
Total Hours = 10 HR
Price per hour = 60 SR
After the client received the quotation and accept it we will sending the equipment after finishing the order we will received Timesheet and check out how many hours the equipment worked
base on that will create invoice and most of our clients extend the rental order.
we have another scenario which is client request rent an equipment for 6 month but we have to submit monthly invoices based on the timesheet as i said For example:
our bases monthly hours is 260HR = 10400SR
But after see the timesheet our equipment worked only 200HR that's mean
10400 / 260 = 40 SR per 1 HR
200 * 40 = 8000 SR
so we need to add rental information and data inside fleet i think its better like:
per hour = 50
per day = 1000
per month = 10400
And we need to enable choose in quotation and invoice the rental method and get the data from fleet based on the rental method also can enter the total hours
i do not have time with non-professional freelances so make sure read it carefully
1- is there module can help me to mange my business or not? or need to customization ?
2- we need to change the rental order or quotation and invoice change to my own template ?
