ODOO 17 Customization and Template Design

I need an expert in ODOO 17 to help me customize my sales and purchase templates, as well as amend the email form templates for sales and purchases.
Key Tasks Include:
- Updating the layout and content of existing sales and purchase templates.
- Adding new sections or templates to these sales and purchase templates.
- Modifying the automatic subject line of sales and purchase emails sent out from ODOO to include the order number or ID.
- Creating contact groups for international suppliers, local suppliers, shipping lines, clients, and international clients.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in ODOO 17.
- Experience in designing and customizing email templates.
- Ability to create and manage contact groups.
Please note, I want to include a header with my company logo, a detailed product/service description, and a terms and conditions section in the new email templates.
