I'm in need of a skillful Python and Machine Learning expert who can assist me with the development and training of an OCR system. The primary purpose of our OCR system is to extract text from images, with a particular focus on, but not limited to scanned documents, photographs of texts, and screenshots.
Key Tasks involve:
- Data preprocessing and cleaning: We need these tasks performed to maintain accuracy during the text extraction process.
- Model development and training: Your role will involve the creation and training of a machine learning model that can accurately extract text from a variety of image types.
- Performance evaluation and optimization: After developing the initial OCR System, I'll need you to regularly evaluate and enhance the system's performance for quality assurance.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
